Elected president of UNITA in November last year, Adalberto Costa Júnior had everything but a normal first year as an opposition leader in Angola, due to the consequences of the covid-19 pandemic that allowed the Government to postpone the creation of autarchies and local elections.
“The most strategic element in fostering corruption is public procurement without competitions,” said Adalberto Costa Júnior, in an interview with Público, who continued, “this is the bulk of the thefts worldwide.
