According to a note from the Angolan Embassy in that country, upon his arrival at Dubai International Airport, the former President of the Republic received a warm welcome from the Angolan ambassador to that country, Albino Malungo.
They also welcomed José Eduardo dos Santos family members who traveled to the airport, including Isabel dos Santos.
On the same day that José Eduardo dos Santos arrived in Dubai, the former Vice President of the Republic, Manuel Vicente, also climbed to that country from Luanda.
