USA: Republican leader acknowledges Biden victory

Mitch McConnell admitted that he expected another result in the elections, but he put his trust in them. Congratulations to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris; and thanked Trump for his service at the White House.

 

Mitch McConnell, leader of the Republican Party in the US Senate, acknowledged the victory of Democrat Joe Biden. In a speech on the Senate floor, Mitch McConnell concluded: “The Electoral College spoke. So today I want to congratulate President-elect Joe Biden, ”quotes The New York Times .
